Liberty Center, Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services, is a facility devoted to enriching the lives of people with developmental disabilities. Cards-N-Such, a craft collective, creates meaningful work opportunities for many people served at Liberty Center. The art created by individual artists allows people to express themselves artistically with a variety of skills and abilities. Your purchase provides income for adults with developmental disabilities.
