Public Information Meeting - N. Dixie Drive Reconstruction & Widening

Paul Gruner, P.E., P.S., Montgomery County Engineer, wishes to announce that the Montgomery County Engineer’s Office is proposing to reconstruct and widen North Dixie Drive to five lanes from Needmore Road to 500’ North of Jewelstone Drive, where it will adjoin the widening project proposed by the City of Vandalia, which is scheduled for construction in 2012. 

The public is invited to an informal open house meeting on Thursday, February 9, 2012, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., at the Harrison Township Community Center, 5945 North Dixie Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45414.  Attendees will have the opportunity to view displays of the planned improvements, see exhibits showing potential effects of the proposed construction on surrounding properties, and provide verbal and written comments.  No formal presentations will be given.
