The Montgomery County Solid Waste District’s farm tire recovery program will be held from December 1– 3, 2011. Farm vehicle tires without rims will be accepted for disposal FREE of charge at both the North and South Solid Waste Facilities during these dates. Montgomery County's farming community is encouraged to take full advantage of this free service and properly dispose of all their old implement tires.

In addition, please note that the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) requires a “Tire Manifest” for anyone transporting more than 10 tires per load.
