Road Closure - Miamisburg-Springboro Road

Paul Gruner, P.E., P.S., Montgomery County Engineer, wishes to announce the closing of Miamisburg-Springboro Road required for the next phase of the road widening project between Peacock Lane and Medlar Road.

The project will require closing Miamisburg-Springboro Road to through traffic between Byers Road and Benner Road beginning on Monday, August 29, 2011, for approximately two weeks. A detour route will be signed via Byers Road and Benner Road. Medlar Road will also be closed at Miamisburg-Springboro Road for a portion of this time for intersection construction. This detour will be signed via Benner Road, Dayton-Cincinnati Pike, and Crains Run Road.

This work is somewhat weather dependent, and updates will be communicated as necessary.

The patience of the public and their careful, safe driving during these operations are greatly appreciated.

Please contact Paul Gruner at 937.225.6040 (office), 937.422.4399 (cell), or via email at grunerp@mcohio.org if you have any questions.
