Public Meeting-  Clyo Road & Spring Valley Pike

The Montgomery County Engineer’s Office has investigated preliminary designs to reconstruct the Clyo Road & Spring Valley Pike intersection in Washington Township.

The public is invited to attend an open house public meeting providing information about this project on Monday, March 21, 2011, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Spring Valley Academy, 1461 Spring Valley Pike, Centerville, Ohio.

The project is in the initial design stages, and this meeting provides an excellent opportunity for one to become more familiar with the project and ask questions.  Visual displays depicting the planned improvements and the potential impacts on surrounding properties will be available.  No formal presentation will be given.  Representatives from the consulting firm retained by the Engineer’s Office for the project (RW Armstrong), the Ohio Department of Transportation, Montgomery County Engineer’s Office, and Washington Township will be available at the meeting to discuss the project.

Written comments on the project may be submitted during the meeting or mailed afterward to Joseph Litvin, P.E., P.S., Montgomery County Engineer, 451 West Third Street, P.O. Box 972, Dayton, Ohio 45422-1260.  All comments must be received by May 2, 2011.

If there are any questions prior to the meeting, contact Gary Shoup, P.E. at (937) 225-6351, or by email at shoupg@mcohio.org.
