Ohio's First Lady Frances Strickland held a Family & Children First Council (FCFC) Regional Forum on Monday, February 23, 2009 at Madison Lakes Learning and Conference Center in Dayton.  The purpose of the forums is to discuss the economic realities facing our children and families in their communities and the role(s) envisioned for FCFCs during these difficult times.  Montgomery County Commissioners Judy Dodge and Debbie Lieberman attended the First Lady's FCFC Regional Forum.
