Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, General Division, Appoints Court Administrator

The Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, General Division, with great pleasure announces that James Dare has been selected as the new Court Administrator.  Jim’s long service with and dedication to the Court made the selection process exceedingly easy.  Jim brings to the Court his many years of service as a probation officer, supervisor, manager and most recently as the Deputy Court Administrator of the Criminal Division.  

Jim is a graduate of Wright State University with a degree in rehabilitation education.  He is also certified as an auditor for the American Correctional Association and the Commission on Accreditation for Corrections, and is certified in Reality Therapy/Control Theory.   Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new position. 

The Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Judges congratulate Jim and look forward to working with him in the coming years.
