Flags in Montgomery County will be lowered to half staff in honor of Army Chief Warrant Officer James E. Groves III who was from Kettering. Groves was killed on March 16th while serving in Afghanistan. The Governor's Office is asking that flags in Montgomery County be lowered from sunrise to sunset tomorrow, May 1st.
