Below are the forms necessary to make application for participation in the Montgomery County Linked Deposit Program for Economic Development.

Each lender must have an active depository agreement with Montgomery County and must have a signed Linked Deposit Loan Participation Agreement on file with Montgomery County.

A complete application package for first time applicants includes the following:

• A  Form I for each company/business to complete, signed by an officer of the company/business and or officer of the submitting lending institution 
• A Form II to be completed by the lender 
• A Form III to be completed by the company/business 
• A Form IV to be completed by the company/business 
  A status letter stating acceptance or denial of each application will be sent to the lender as soon as a decision is made.
