Criteria for Readoptions

Minor must have been previously adopted in another country (IR3 or IR4 Visa) Original foreign adoption decree or certificate of adoption, foreign birth record and any other documents relative to the adoption along with CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS must be submitted to the Court for authentication and will be returned Passports for parent(s) child(ren)  Certified marriage certificate

Other Requirements

On the date set for hearing, the petitioner(s) and child(ren) must appear in court.
