Local Rules
**Revised Local Rules Effective August 1, 2012. A few updates include:
A copy of a death certificate will be REQUIRED to open any estate where a fiduciary will be appointed or real property is transferred.
Appendix B , Computation of Attorney Fees, has been revised.
