    The docket for all Probate Court case files from July of 1992 to the present can be seen online at our website. Images of the documents are available from January 2001 to the present. To search for cases prior to July of 1992 requires searching book indexes.

    We have available at the Probate Court case files from 329065 to the present. We may have older cases here at the Court if they are still open.

    We have complete case files on microfiche from 85521 to 207877. We have access to images on cases from 207878 to 230967. All other case files are stored at the Montgomery County Records Center and Archives. Our links page will furnish information about contacting them.

    Attorneys, please note that Form 14.0, Application to Approve  Settlement  and Distribution of Wrongful Death and Survival Claims has been amended effective January 1, 2015.  The amended forms may be found on this website and at the Court.

    Montgomery County Probate Court is proud to announce that Judge Alice O. McCollum is participating in the National Adoption Day on Thursday, November 20, 2014.
    This local celebration is part of the nationwide effort to call attention to the thousands of foster children waiting for adoption and to celebrate all the families that do adopt.
