The docket for all Probate Court case files from July of 1992 to the present can be seen online at our website. Images of the documents are available from January 2001 to the present. To search for cases prior to July of 1992 requires searching book indexes.
We have available at the Probate Court case files from 320308 to the present. We may have older cases here at the Court if they are still open.
We have complete case files on microfiche from 85521 to 207877. All other case files are stored at the Montgomery County Records Center and Archives. Our links page will furnish information about contacting them.
