The Montgomery County Engineer’s Office uses the ODOT’s Website for the consultant selection process in order to comply with the consultant selection procedures required by ODOT’s Manual of Procedures for Locally Administered Transportation Projects (Manual). Project announcements are posted on the ODOT website under “Consultant Requests for Letters of Interest” and remain posted until the due date.
