The Domestic Relations Court is located on the 2nd floor of the Dayton-Montgomery County Courts Building located at the corner of N. Perry Street and W. Third Street.

Driving Notes:

• 3rd Street is a Two-way street for East & West bound traffic.
• Perry Street is a One-way street for South bound traffic only.
  

Parking Notes:

The Montgomery County Parking Garage is on the corner of Second Street and Vista View.

• If traveling West on 2nd Street, the entrance is on the left at Red Cross Lane, the 2nd light after Perry Street.
• If traveling East on 3rd Street, make an immediate left after going under the I-75 overpass on to Vista View.
• If traveling West on 3rd Street, Vista View is the second street on the right after Perry Street.
• Don't park @ a meter (suggestion).
