 A resident may receive a total of (4) boxes during his/her stay.  (2 clothing boxes, 2 personal boxes).  All items must be in a sealed box with first and last name written clearly on the outside of the box with a packing list  taped to the top of the box, noting the contents of the box.  No alcohol, drugs, profanity or inappropriate logos on garments.  Boxes will be accepted Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (at the Main Entrance, Bldg. 1).  PLEASE NOTE: Boxes MUST be sealed and ready for drop off prior to entering the lobby. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please do not exceed the quantities listed below.  Unauthorized or excess items will be mailed to the address designated by the resident. The resident will be charged a $10.00 fee per box for shipping and handling. 

If you send money, the money must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check, made payable to the resident.  Money orders and cashier's checks can be for ANY amount and may be dropped off during lobby hours or mailed directly to the resident.  If mailing, be sure to address the envelope to the resident.  Residents are limited to $50.00 per week for commissary purchases.  (NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!)

A Kiosk machine is located in MonDay’s lobby for cash deposits.  Kiosk hours are the same as lobby hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  The Kiosk charges a fee and does not accept one dollar bills. 

Deposits can also be made via the Internet at www.accesscorrections.com or by phone at 1-866-345-1884 and you will need the following information:  (1) MonDay Community CI, OH (2) Resident's first and last name; or (3) Resident's ID number. 

Each resident is provided with uniforms during his/her orientation phase in the program.  After completing the orientation phase of the program (approximately 30 days) the resident will need his/her own clothing.  Any time during the resident’s stay, he/she may have the following necessity items brought or mailed in:

These items will be considered contraband (unauthorized) and will be confiscated by staff.

Contraband: These items will be considered contraband (unauthorized) and will be confiscated by staff:  Alcohol, Aerosols, Batteries, Cigarettes, Cologne, Drugs, Fingernail file-metal, Food, Glass, Gum, Hair Pins, Jewelry, Keys, Letter Openers, Lighters/Matches, Medication (unauthorized), Metal Clips, Metal Combs-Picks, Money, Nails, Needles, Oversized Belt Buckles, Paperclips, Permanent Markers, Pins, Pornographic literature,  Pornographic photographs, Purses, Rubber bands, Rubbing Alcohol, Scissors, Screws, Spiral Notebooks, Spray cans, Tobacco products, Wallets,  & Weapons (any item that can be used as a weapon). 

Other paraphernalia may be deemed contraband by the Assistant Director.  Any open item brought into the facility will be disposed of by staff.
