Real Estate
Board of Revision-Value Appeal forms may be filed on the first Monday of January through March 31st.
Homestead-Applications may be filled between the first business day in January and the first Monday in June.
CAUV-Applications are accepted from the first Monday in January through the first Monday in March.
Special Assessment-must be received by September 1st for posting.
Licensing
Dog Licenses-must be renewed annually between December 1st and January 31st.
Personal Property
The tax season for Personal Property is February 15th-April 30th. Requests for an extension to file must be received in writing or faxed to the Auditor's Office by April 30th at 5 pm. Taxpayers with a valid extension must have their tax returns postmarked by June 5th.
