    Keith Announces New Leadership Staff

Montgomery County Auditor Karl Keith recently announced Doug Trout as his new Director of Real Estate and Tito Reynolds as the new Accounting Operations Manager.

Doug Trout has been with Montgomery County since 2002. Over the last 10 years, he served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office representing the Auditor’s Office on various real estate cases. As Director of Real Estate, Trout will manage the assessment, tax mapping, and deed transfer divisions of the Real Estate Department as well as help coordinate the County’s 2014 Revaluation Project. Trout graduated with a J.D. from the University Of Dayton School Of Law in 1999 and received his bachelor’s degree from Wilmington College in 1996.

Tito Reynolds has worked as an Accountant in the Montgomery County Auditor’s Office since 2004 and previously served as an Assistant State Auditor.  With over 10 years of government accounting experience, Reynolds will be tasked with managing the County’s accounts payable and other financial transactions.  Reynolds earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Wright State University in 2001 and became a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2010.

“Providing the citizens of Montgomery County with professional and capable people is essential,” said Keith, “I believe Doug and Tito will be valuable assets to the Auditor’s Office of the future while continuing to build on the successes of their predecessors.”
