The mission of the Job Bank is to be the community's primary resource for labor exchange activities to promote maximum employment and meet the personnel needs of area businesses and organizations.

The Job Bank is the hub of The Job Center. It is staffed with full-time staffing analysts responsible for recruitment, pre-screening, testing and referral of qualified job applicants to meet the needs of area employers. The Job Bank also features a state of the art resource room for career exploration and job search.


What Services are provided?
  • Computer access to many Internet based job banks and career resources
  • List of hundreds of available job openings
  • Free access to a fax machine and copy machine to make copies of your resume and to fax resumes to employers
  • Labor Market Information
  • Assistance with job search skills and job readiness
  • Referrals to job openings and training opportunities
  • Self-Help Resource Room
  • Services for Employers, including: Workforce Planning & Recruitment, Job Posting Service, Staffing Analysts and Pre-Screening Services, Private Interview Rooms, Assessment & Testing, Mass Recruitment, Labor Market Information, Outplacement Assistance, and Access to State and Federal Wage Subsidy Programs.
  • Job Fairs: At least twice a year, the Job Center brings employers and job seekers together by holding the Miami Valley's largest career fair.
