St, Vincent de Paul Gateway Shelters 
Two gateways provide safe and secure, emergency shelter, food, clothing, and other vital human needs. 
Award Amount: Montgomery County Human Services Levy $1,265,098.64

YWCA Dayton Domestic Violence Shelter 
Provides safety and immediate overnight shelter to women and children who are in imminent danger fleeing abusive situations.
Award Amount: Facility-based transitional housing, mental health services, comprehensive case management, education/ employment support, skill building and community linkages. Opportunity Zone partnership between Daybreak and YouthBuild to provide employment and educational services. $146,000; United Way $55,712.14

Collective Impact Projects 
Housing First Collective Impact Project 
Lead: PLACES, Inc. 
Collaborator(s): South Community
Permanent supportive housing at 4 sites. PLACES provides on-site case management and 24-7 staffing. South Community will provide low barrier access to mental health, substance abuse and primary care services.

Supportive Living Assistance for Tenant Empowerment (SLATE)

MVHO will utilize Critical Time Intervention, goal directed and client centered counseling for behavioral change to support recovery for individuals who are homeless and have disabilities and/or co-occurring substance use disorders. 
Award Amount: Montgomery County CDBG $49,000; Human Services Levy $68,382.16

Eastway will deliver supportive employment assistance to tenants enrolled the SLATE program.
 Award Amount: Montgomery County Human Services Levy $14,336.84; United Way $17,663.16

Daybreak Street Outreach

Daybreak provides street based services to run away, homeless and street youth.  Opportunity Zone partnership between Daybreak and YouthBuild to provide employment and educational services.

YWCA Dayton Domestic Violence Case Management 
Lead: YWCA Dayton 
Collaborator(s): Legal Aid of Western Ohio, Family Services Association, Recovery Works Healing LLC., Miami Valley Child Development Center 

YWCA Dayton Case Managers provide case management services such as safety planning, permanent housing planning, counseling, financial management and job readiness. 
Award Amount: Montgomery County CDBG $26,000

Legal Aid of Western Ohio Legal Services for Survivors- protections orders, divorce filing, and legal consultation.
Award Amount: Montgomery County CDBG $25,000

Family Services Association Clinical Therapy- evidence based program targeting children exposed to trauma. 
Award Amount: United Way $14,336.84
