In the event the Military or Overseas Citizen has timely submitted the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA), and that voter has not received their absentee ballot, the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) may utilize the FWAB.  One can confirm that a ballot has been mailed out to an individual for the election you are interested in by this link:

Please note: This Write-In Absentee Ballot is only used for UOCAVA voters whom we have mailed out a ballot for the current Election and they have not received the ballot.
