Visitation
Regulations
Visits with prisoners will be at the discretion of the Sheriff or his designee. Please note that we cannot guarantee all visits.
Prisoners are permitted one (1) visit per week with a maximum of three (3) persons, including children, permitted to visit with the prisoner. The visitation week begins on Monday and runs through Sunday. A parent or legal guardian must accompany juveniles (persons under the age of eighteen.) All visitors must wear shirts and shoes, and clothing that is suitable for street wear. Swimsuits, see-through tops, etc., are not allowable

Depositing
Funds (Money Orders) for Prisoner Use
Funds may be left for prisoner use at the Prisoner Property Room
Window—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or mailed to the prisoner in care
of the jail. ONLY MONEY
ORDERS IN THE NAME OF THE PRISONER WILL BE ACCEPTED -- NO
CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS.
Mail
Prisoners may receive letters, money orders for commissary use, and
photographs, as long as the photographs are not sexually explicit or
contain nudity. To write to a

Posting Bonds
Bond may be posted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the Prisoner Property
Room Window in the lobby of the Montgomery County Jail.

Inmate Phone Calls: Collect/Prepaid
Inmates are allowed to make collect calls from their cells. The cost for each call is $3.25 for 20 minutes. Families and friends can set up a prepaid account by calling GTL at 877-650-4249 . Inmates are permitted to purchase calling cards in $10 dollar increments from commissary (unlimited) which would eliminate the need for setting up accounts
.
Phones are available to the inmates between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 11:00 P.M.
( Note : Collect calls to a billed number exceeding $100 will require a pre-paid account to be established through GTL. Any issues with collect calls should be addressed with GTL at (877) 650-4249.)
