FUNCTION: Manage the strategic direction of workforce development activities through the investment in people, fulfilling employer needs, and improving the quality of life in Montgomery County.

MEETINGS:  Every other month and/or as needed

TERM LENGTH: Three years

COMPOSITION: Board consists of 22 - 30 members all of which are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. At least 51% must represent the private sector, at least two should be education representatives, two labor, and a variety of appropriate government and social service agencies.
