FUNCTION: Establishes a comprehensive plan for the development, implementation, and operation of correction services in the county in order to receive a subsidy from the subsidy program established under division (A) of Section 5149.31 of the Ohio Revised Code

TERM LENGTH: BCC Appointee - two years

COMPOSITION: Administrative Judge, Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, General Division, Administrator of County Jail, County Commissioners; Public Defender; Chief Law Enforcement Officer of City of Dayton; Sheriff; County County Prosecutor; City of Dayton Prosecutor; citizen representatives appointed by BCC; one or more additional representatives of Law Enforcement community appointed by Local Corrections Planning Board; Chief Judge of Dayton Municipal Court; Director of County Probation Department; Director of MonDay; Chief Probation Officer of City of Dayton Municipal Court; Mayor of Dayton; and Court Administrator; County Common Pleas Court General Division. Majority of members shall be directors of probation departments and corrections personnel employed in the supervision or custody of adult offenders; At least two members of the board shall be members of largest racial minority population in county and at least two other members of the board shall be women
