FUNCTION: Receives and reviews comprehensive plans for development and maintenance of affordable housing, and receives and reviews written descriptions of the purpose for which tax proceeds are proposed to be used

MEETINGS:  Third Thursday every other month, 11:30 AM

COMPOSITION: Balanced representation of each of the following groups located within the County: institutions that lend money for housing; non-profit builders & developers; for-profit builders and developers of housing and rental housing; real estate brokers; others with professional knowledge of local and fair housing issues; citizens of targeted areas, DMHA, elected officials, or their representatives
