TERM LENGTH: Five years; except appointment by Health district Licensing council which is for one year at a time

COMPOSITION: Nine members: four appointed by the Dayton City Manager with the approval of the city commission (City); three appointed by the District Advisory Council (DAC); one joint appointment by the City and DAC; and one appointment by the Health district Licensing Council (HDLC)
