 ARC thanks the Iams Corporation for their generosity and support of our shelter. The premium food that Iams donates to feed the 10,000+ cats and dogs that come to us each year is a huge help! The waste bag dispensers at the Montgomery County Bark Park help keep the park clean and make it a fun place to visit.

Dog License Amnesty Week begins at noon Friday, August 15th and ends at noon Sunday, August 31st.
All 2008 dog licenses from December 1, 2007 to January 31, 2008 will not have to pay $16 penalty when purchasing a license.
Licenses can be purchased at the following locations:
-Animal Resource Center
-Montgomery County Auditor's Office
-Humane Society of Greater Dayton
-SICSA
-Kroger, 4506 Brandt Pike, Huber Heights

Adopt Our Way Out!
Visit today and help us "adopt our way out" of the current increase in pet relinquishments. The Animal Resource Center currently is at capacity with many adoptable dogs and cats desperately needing new families! All pets adopted are spayed / neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and ready to share a lifetime of love. If you have been considering adding a new four-legged family member to your home, now is the time to do it!

Saturday August 23, 08 Doggie Dash & Splash at the Xenia Fairgrounds Rec Center Pool 10 AM - 6 PM. We will be there with dogs for the event.
