All payees in Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby counties will be converted to electronic disbursement beginning in April 2006.  Payees in Allen, Defiance, Fulton, Hancock, Henry, Lucas, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Sandusky, Van Wert, Williams, and Wood Counties will begin conversion in mid-April 2006.  The remaining counties will be converted in the months to follow.
