    2010 HOME HOUSING PROGRAM

     The Montgomery County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals for the provision of emergency shelter and services for homeless persons, rental assistance for homeless and formerly homeless individuals and families, transitional housing, affordable housing, permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals and families and supportive services. 

    These programs are to be funded through the following sources: Montgomery County Homeless Supportive Services funding, the Department of Housing and Urban Development Emergency Shelter Grant, HOME Housing Investment Partnerships program and the Continuum of Care.
     

    Two Proposer's Conferences will be held: the first on June 16, 2010 at 2:00 PM and the second on June 17, 2010 at 10:00 AM. Both conferences will be held in Room 1002 (10th floor) of the Montgomery County Administration Building, 451 West Third Street, Dayton,Ohio. Questions will be answered and other informaiton regarding the RFP will be provided at that time. Applicants are strongly encouraged to attend one of these sessions.
