Summary:
82% of Commercial Customers Rate County Water/Sewer Services Excellent or Good

When asked to think about all the services provided by the Montgomery County Sanitary Engineering Department, 82% of those businesses surveyed responded with an excellent or good rating.  "Last year we surveyed our residential customers and got the same positive response.  The survey results indicate that we are successful in building and maintaining good working relationships with the business community.  The survey data will be used to improve upon our services," stated Greg Merrill, Director.  Merrill believes in an active partnership with local jurisdictions, other county agencies, and the State of Ohio to retain and attract business to our area.  "We are committed to the economic growth and development of Montgomery County," said Merrill.

Problem Solving Abilities
Two-fifths of those surveyed had contacted the department at sometime over the past three years.  Most (72%) reported being satisfied with the manner in which their question or problem was handled.  Prompt service, polite and courteous treatment, and calls returned quickly were some of the reasons cited for the high rating.
