Montgomery County Director of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities Board Mark Gerhardstein presented information on how the community can help persons with disabilities at the weekly Commission meeting.  Clients and families of the MR/DD board also attended the meeting to show their situations and demonstrate the types of services that MR/DD provides.  MR/DD is funded by the Human Servics Levy, which protects children, seniors and families in need.
