 1.    How do I pay my taxes?

        There are several payment options available to the taxpayer.  Please visit this link
        for a list of payment options.

3.     How do I change the mailing address on my tax bill?

        To change a mailing address, complete the form on the back of the mailing return 
        envelope you will receive with your tax bill.  Should you require a change of address 
        immediately, you can download the
Change of Address form, fill out the changes, and 
        mail or fax it to:

4.     What if I overpay my taxes?

        If you feel you have overpaid your taxes, please visit the refund information page or   
        Call Customer Service at 937-225-4010 Option 1.

5.     What if my taxes are late?

        If your taxes are past due, you will be assessed with penalties and interest as required
        by the Ohio Revised Code.  If your property taxes are past due for more than one year,
        your property could be subject to foreclosure.  Please contact the Past Due Payment
        Department at 937-225-4010 Option 2 for a list of payment options that may be
        available to you.
