Effective February 13th, 2009
The Montgomery County Probate Court will move back to it's permanent location at 41 N. Perry Street. The mailing address remains P.O. Box 972, Dayton, Ohio 45422. All telephone numbers will remain the same.
The Court will be open for regular Court business between the hours of
8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday through Friday
excluding holidays. |

Thanksgiving Holiday
Montgomery County Probate Court will be closed November 26th and the 27th, for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Magistrates will be unavailable Friday.
On Friday, November 20th, 2009 the Probate Court Magistrate's will attend the Local Bench Bar Seminar.
