The Domestic Relations Court is located on the 2nd floor of the Dayton-Montgomery County Courts Building located at the corner of N. Perry Street and W. Third Street. Driving Notes:

2nd Street is a One-way street for West bound traffic only. 3rd Street is a Two-way street for East & West bound traffic. Perry Street is a One-way street for South bound traffic only.

Parking Notes: The Montgomery County Parking Garage is on the corner of Second Street and Vista View.

If traveling West on 2nd Street, the entrance is on the left at Red Cross Lane, the 2nd light after Perry Street. If traveling East on 3rd Street, make an immediate left after going under the I-75 overpass on to Vista View. If traveling West on 3rd Street, Vista View is the second street on the right after Perry Street. Don't park @ a meter (suggestion).
