Important Notice

Effective January 1, 2006, deposits for the filing of new divorce complaints will increase by $75.00.  The new deposit for a divorce complaint with children will rise to $400.00.  The new deposit for a divorce complaint without children will go to $300.00.  The deposit amounts for dissolution complaints will remain where they are currently, $325.00 with children and $225.00 without children.
