County commission meetings are generally held every Tuesday (see below for exceptions). At 9:30 a.m., the commissioners meet for a work session, followed by an executive session at which legal and personnel issues are discussed. At 1:30 p.m., the commissioners hold a general session to vote on resolutions regarding county business. This meeting which is open to the public is videotaped for local cable government access. The meeting is usually held on the 10th floor of the County Administration Building, Room 1001.
Occasionally meeting time or location changes. Check the agendas below for specific times and locations for each week's meeting. Several times a year the meeting is held in the evening at jurisdictions around the county.
